Chopping boards aren’t really the most exciting part of anyone’s kitchen, but with the Joseph Joseph Index Chopping Boards they might just become a little more entertaining.
Joseph Joseph together with Damian Evans have jointly designed this revolutionary and ingenious chopping board categorisation system that have quickly become the companie’s best selling boards. You might never have considered buying a chopping board categorisation system but when you discover one like this you soon don’t understand how you ever lived without it! There are four colour coded tabs that are each used for a different foodstuff to stop cross contamination……red for raw meat, blue for fish, white for cooked food and gren for vegetables and herbs.
The boards are stored in a stylish Silver case made of ABS plastic. The base of the case has a silicone strip to prevent it from slipping. The base is also open so that no food residue collects at the bottom and the whole system is dishwasher proof.
Not just stylish, but functional too.
